The Health and Wellness Elder Care Program will continue to collect orders for Wild Salmon boxes for Snoqualmie Tribal Elders. The deadline to submit your request for the first shipment is October 13, 2023.
For those that have already submitted their request, your order has been received and submitted to the vendor. The Elder Care Program will coordinate two (2) more shipments of Wild Salmon boxes throughout the 2024 fiscal year. As reminder, only one Wild Salmon Box per Tribal Elder per shipment.
