The Tribe’s new Child Development Center is located at 9575 Ethan Wade Way SE Snoqualmie WA 98065. This land is located near the Tribe’s Reservation and is owned in fee by the Tribe. State laws and local permitting requirements will apply.
This proposal is for Phase II renovation of an existing area of the building that houses the Child Development Center and construction of certain facilities ancillary to the Child Development Center. Specifically, the proposal will include the renovation/cosmetic upgrade of an existing commercial kitchen and two restrooms; conversion of a cafeteria space into a transitional learning/gathering space; renovation of an outdoor patio with a full door and covered kitchen space into a plant/fish/animal harvest area and food preparation area for uses including salmon bakes, greenhouse classroom space, and orchard garden space.
