This picture was taken the last week of July 2021, on the Raging River. WDFW police spent several hours deconstructing these recreational rock dams, some which people had installed plastic liners in the river. Not only are building rock dams or changing the flow of water and creeks and streams illegal, but it is also damaging to the aquatic wildlife in these environments. Have fun out there but Please dismantle rock dams as you #RecreateRespectfully
