Family Information Sessions for New Child Care Center

Families who are interested in enrolling in the brand new Snoqualmie Indian Tribe Child Development Center, operated in partnership with Bright Horizons, will have the opportunity to attend virtual family information sessions this month.

Please register for the session you plant to attend:
• Thursday, August 18 at 7:00 p.m. | Register
• Thursday, August 25 at 10:30 a.m. | Register

During these meetings, information will be shared about the center, the programs offered and the enrollment process.

The center is scheduled to open in early Q1 2023, contingent upon receipt of the child care license from the state licensor. Designed to accommodate 70 children, the center will provide child care and early education programs for infant, toddler, preschool, and kindergarten prep aged children.

Monthly tuition rates for Snoqualmie Indian Tribe Child Development Center have been established in alignment with comparable, high-quality child care centers in the surrounding area.

The Snoqualmie Tribe has developed the following priority groupings when assessing enrollment spots:

• Priority I – Native Families (must have a parent enrolled in a U.S. Federally recognized Tribe)
• Priority 2 – Children of Employees of the Snoqualmie Tribe, Crescent Market, Snoqualmie Casino, Eighth Generation, and Salish Lodge & Spa
• Priority 3 – Snoqualmie Valley Community at large

The Tribe operates the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) grant to assist Native families with access to high quality child care and early learning opportunities. The CCDF grant can assist eligible Native families with registration fee assistance and monthly subsidized tuition. To apply for grant funding please fill out a CCDF application from the Tribe’s website under General Benefits or email childcare@snoqualmietribe.us for a copy.
