Annual Recycling Event

The Snoqualmie Tribe’s Annual Recycling Event is back! The ENR Department will be partnering, once again, with the City of North Bend for our Annual Community Recycling Event, Saturday May 14th at the Snoqualmie Middle School campus from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. We have not participated in the event in the past 2 years due to the pandemic, but we are very happy to be back this year! This will be a drive through event, with Covid protocols in place to keep everyone safe. The Snoqualmie Tribe and City of North Bend share the cost of this event. The Tribe’s portion is mostly funded through the Tribe’s King County Hazardous Waste Management Program (HWMP) Grant. The following materials will be accepted:
- Lead-acid batteries
- Household batteries (AAA through D)
- ·Appliances, including CFC appliances (refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners)
- Fluorescent lights
- Automobile tires
- Electronics (TVs, computers, etc.)
- Scrap metal
- Reusable textiles/clothing
