Important Update - April 12, 2018: STOWW funding for FY2018 has been exhausted. The Housing Department will not be accepting new applications until October 2018.

The Snoqualmie Indian Tribe’s Housing Program is funded by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and helps assure every Snoqualmie Indian Tribe family lives in safe and sanitary housing. 

To be eligible for benefits from the Housing Department:

  1. There must be at least one enrolled Snoqualmie Tribal Member living in the household or a recognized Minor Snoqualmie child or children.
  2. The household must be low-income according to the program guidelines (down payment assistance guidelines varies slightly according to HUD regulations).



  • Can help eligible households to pay their rent and some utility bills. 
  • Can help with emergency repairs of homes owned by Tribal Elders who meet income eligibility. 
  • Is available to provide guidance with acquiring a new home, apartment, or mobile home to rent or own.
